FTDX10 Setup Fldigi config

Can anyone please provide me with a config setup 4 "fldigi" that works with FTdx10 in CWmode? I'm not able to get the app to read CW and have full CAT control at the same time. 

Use a USB printer cable between your PC and the radio.  Use the square USB port on the back of the radio.
Before plugging the radio in, load the proper driver from yaesu into your pc.
Plug in the cable and the pc should recognize 2 devices. 
In the device manager check the Ports.  There should be 2 Silicon Labs ports: one Enhanced, one Standard.
In my computer they are COM7 and COM8 respectively.

In the radio go to:
CW settings-> Mode CW -> PC Keying = DTR
Operation Settings ->General -> CAT Rate = 38400bps

in FLDIGI 4.1.23,
Configure ->Rig Control -> Hamlib:
   Rig: Yeasu FTDX101D
   Device: (choose Enhanced com port number)
   Baud rate 38400
   Check PTT via Hamlib Command
   Check RTS/CTS flow Control (may not be necessary)

Configure ->Rig Control -> Hardware PTT:
   Device (choose Standard com port number)


Configure -> Modem -> CW -> DTR-CTS Keying:
   CW Keyline = DTR
   Use separate Keying Serial Port: (select the Standard com port number)
Leave all check boxes unchecked
Click on the [Connect] box
